Trying to PUSH my limits

Hello,

This is short and sweet today.

 I've have stacks of personal development, devotionals, journals, calendars and planners all ready to read and succeed, to make my life easier when in fact they sit still in stacks around my home in a way taunting me, that I can't do everything I say I can do and be good at anything. So this weekend I have refocused, I have placed books on shelves for later times. I'm working on minimize my online work hours and not be in a rush to help all at one time.

I'm doing Chalene Johnson's 30dayPush, this is something I can complete everyday. I have a partner that I have daily check-ins with and together we will hold each other accountable for our top 10 goals for the year or sooner and our #1 PUSH goal.

These goals are not just about business and fitness, it goes deeper for me and when I start putting my priorities back in order than I will in fact be good at the things I want to get done and succeed in my goals for trusting God in ALL things, family, my massage studio, my coaching and my pay it forward group.

I'm PUSHING myself to be better to gain confidence because I'm scared of what this year holds that just being honest. I'm stepping out on faith in a new business while having HUGE goals for my present coaching team. But a few simple focused steps each day will teach me to place the most important things first. Now I must do as I say and focus on not just the fun and easy stuff but the hard important topics.

So instead of PUSHING myself to craziness and never getting anything done. I'm PUSHING toward focused work and getting lots done mostly family moments right now.

Monday motivation - healthy lifestyle or daily doctor visits you choose

From My heart & observations today,  although some my be offended this is not to point fingers but to make us all aware of the consequences of our actions.

"As American's we may live in a free Country but we are walking around in an unhealthy bondage"

I sat in the orthopedic office today for 2 or more hours watching over 15-20 individuals come through, my heart aches for the obvious physical pain that some are going through, BUT I have to add nothing treated in this office is life threatening and that is sad!!! The majority were over weight by double digits and all I could think was "these people need help" they NEED nutritional advice (I actually said Shakeology) not knee & hip replacements. Loosing weight is the #1 key to ease joint paint so it saddens me to see therapy happen, time & money spent and honesty nothing will ever get better, because the insides are screaming and therefore although it's not visible the real treatment should include nutrition and healthy choices. This SAD diet most Americans eat are killing them and they continue to do it.




Why don't people choose healthier options? because it's time consuming? Costly? Boring? NO!!! because we are a truly lazy society and we depend on others to care for our health and wellness instead of standing up for ourselves and making wise choices.
I've had 3 friends loose fathers due to health issues this month that's 3 too many, I have friends trying desperately to change "genetically" messed up diets and trying to save older generations while changing the younger generations to think differently. There are things in your DNA and genetics that CAN be changed IF you want to, for example high cholesterol, high blood pressure, high lipids, diabetes 2 and so much more.

It starts with YOU and ME saying enough is enough stop handing out excuses for poor health and take responsibility within your own household, if you can spread your healthy influence to others great but it's not your responsibility to care of everyone.
 But it is our responsibility to speak up, by first and foremost letting our food companies know we don't need mass production of junk, fake, processed, pollutant & pesticide filled foods. Start with your own kitchen and see how it spreads.  You can't always change the generations  before us. It we most certainly can influence the generations behind us.

What do you do JoyForFitness?

What do you do JoyForFitness?
I work from home, supporting, coaching and motivating others all around the country in the way of health and fitness.
I understand that we are all shapes and sizes what fun in a cookie cutter world right! BUT, we have been given amazing bodies that My main focus and desire is to lead other women
What is a virtual fitness accountability group?
This is a group of individuals that have committed to take on a fitness program and support like minded others daily. I'm here to support, coach and motivated you to do your best, be your best and know you are worth the time it takes to be healthy.
This group is doing PiYO - a program with constant movement that strengthens your body with your own body weight. More flexibility more strength & centered from the ground up. This is a 60 day program and is great for everyone at any fitness level & any age.
 I'm excited to get started and I really hope that you choose to join me in this group.
We are also focusing on our purpose as women by reading the book A Confident Heart and if you're like me doubts, discouragement and disappointments creep in everyday. I believe you can't be completely healthy unless you feel healthy and happy on the inside too. 
I love Shakeology its part of my daily meals and I share it with everyone this month I have a special for you so please don't miss out on getting fit and healthy while getting support and gaining confidence in this group.

Renew your goals: Success or Failure It's Your Choice

Happy 1st day of Summer

So today I'm going to do a 6 month check-up on my 2014 goals. I invite you to do the same, because the hype of the New Year and resolutions are just a few faded memories that sounded good at the time, we dreamed of the what if's. The I'd be debt free, I'd be fit for summer, I'd have my degree, I'd be off my medications, I'd have enough money for our family vacation, I'd be in a church family. I'd be married, I'd be starting a family.

First step of my review: Do my goals align with what God is showing me He wants for my life?

I know this is my hardest questions because I tend to have the "I'll do it myself thought" and then God says "hello, I'm still here and in control and this is not the time, the situation, or your choice, it's mine" So first and foremost bring your goals and dreams to prayer and ask for God to guide and direct you in your life. He wants the best for you, but he always wants your complete obedience along the way. I have to tell myself He wants to give me the desires of my heart, but only when my desires begin and end with Him as the center of my life. I can not expect Him to bless my life if I only sit and ask things of Him without asking Him to take part in my daily life.

Secondly I must ask if they are what I feel God wants me to do, my calling and mission than why am I not giving it my all?

I can sit here and blame so many things, someone told me I couldn't, I don't like being told no, I'm not good at this, I don't have the right people in my life, I'm not good enough, I'm too busy, I'm not creative, I thought I was outgoing...I'm not, too many upsets.

You might want to blame the world, blame your job, blame the busy gym, blame the church for making you "feel unwelcomed" or the school for not having classes that "fit" into our schedule, our family situation was not ideal to make things happen, we ran out of money before the month. Yes, all those are real life situations, so ask yourself how did you use those inconveniences and feelings, as excuses to throw in the towel? or as a catalyst to get out and get it done, to find a new way?

Making things happen is usually inconvenient why? because we take ourselves out of our comfort zone and it's not a popular place to be. To succeed you must reach failure, not to throw in the towel and give up, but to make the choices to push through and make it happen to get up and move past your failures. I've had more failures in my life than I can even get on here, but I'm learning that with each failure I turn to love it and push pass the urge to give up and change my goals, .If I did that I would be choosing to keep myself wishing, hoping and dreaming for the "What Ifs". God will Bless the path you chose if you are walking it with him by your side, if it's not the path for you He will start putting of road blocks, I didn't say inconveniences or a few pebbles to step over. I mean real hard road blocks that will leave you with no other choice but to say "I need a new direction God". You will find that a different path might lead you to your goal but it's with a new purpose at the end. All we do should point to Him; His love, His Compassion, His Salvation, His Guidance and His strength for we can do nothing truly well without Him.

Today think back on your 2014 goals and resolutions are you even close to checking off 1? if not why? Renew yourself today first to God ask Him to be your leader and your partner on this path and allow yourself to fall and fail, but get back up and keep pushing forward for in the pushing you will succeed. you will fall, you will fail and you will be tempted to give up but if you don't you will be stronger and on your way to success, you're future self with thank you.
